Driving Directions:
We are located on Richmond Road, across from Lincoln Fields Shopping Centre. If you are taking Highway 417, exit at Pinecrest
and go north to Richmond Road. Turn right onto Richmond Road and
follow. We are the three-storey red brick building on the left, located across
from Wal-Mart, just past Croydon Avenue and Lincoln Heights car
dealership.
HOURS OF SERVICE AND ACCESS
General Reception
at the Centre is open to serve you Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30
p.m.
Clinic hours
are 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays and 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. Some group
programs run on other evenings and weekends. For more
information on current programs, please pick up a copy of our
program listing which is updated every three months.

Clinic Walk-In:
If you are a client of our clinic, and you are
unable to make an appointment or you have an urgent problem, we will
do our best to serve you. You can use our medical walk-in
which is open weekday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for
centre medical clients only.
Intake and Support:
Our intake/support workers serve walk-in clients between 12:30 p.m.
and 3:15 p.m. Monday to Friday.
ON CALL SERVICE
The doctors who work at community health centres
provide after hours service to the centre's medical clients who have
urgent medical concerns.
Who can call?
This service is open to people who already receive medical services
from the Centre.
What are the hours of
service? You can use this service on weekends
and on the evening when the Centre is not open.
How does it work?
You would use this service if you are a client
of the Centre who has an urgent health concern which cannot wait
until the office is open. You would call out answering service
at 613-239-4390. If your concern is urgent, the service will
contact a doctor who will call you back.
